| This en-suite tile bath serves the two secondary bedrooms upstairs. It has a large double vanity and a locking door to the bathing area. The tub is a four jet Jacuzzi type tub. |
|
| This second guest suite looks to the front and has beautiful views of the surrounding fields and hills. |
|
| The third upstairs accommodation is a mini master suite with a high cathedral ceiling, a four jet Jacuzzi tub ceramic tile bathroom, and an outside door to a 10'x10' balcony with wonderful views into the distance. |
|
| The game room has a high cathedral ceiling and windows with views in three directions | ![]() |
Basement Rooms
| The basement floor is machine ground, scored, and acid etched concrete in a warm earth-tone. The short hallway leads to a home office, a tile shower bath, and the home theatre, with the billiard room at one end and the wine cellar at the other. |
|
| The one utilitarian room in the walk-out basement is used as a home office. It has an outside door for tax compliance with home office requirements. It could be converted to a fifth bedroom, with a closet that could be opened up to this room. |
|
| The billiard room has a French
door leading to the lower patio. The wet bar is enhanced with a
drink rail that runs around the room over the bead board wainscoting. There is room for a card table and darts. The high BTU gas fireplace with three speed fan can be set to automatically back-up the basement electric heat-pump. |

| The family size home theatre
has a 77" built-in screen scaled to the viewing distance, and an
Optoma ceiling mounted projector with super-video and component feeds.
Your electronics will power five in-ceiling Tru-Audio swivel tweeter
speakers for front, center and rear sound, with wiring set for a rear
sub-woofer to make 5-1 surround sound.
The floor is covered in cork and has a six inch step-up for two rows of seating. |
|
| The wine cellar stays at about 65 degrees naturally. It has a native black walnut rack that holds 84 of your finest bottles, including 12 display upright positions. This ancient walnut tree was cut down less than 3 miles away in a lot clearing. The wood was milled and cured, and used for the rack and wall paneling, and the remaining wood was given to other artisans. There is also a storage closet in the cellar for additional cases. |
|
| HAI home automation panels provide extensive computer controlled lighting programs directed by 18 exterior and interior motion detectors. These also can communicate with the security system, along with door switches and glass break detectors. Phone, data, and video signals are wired to almost every room. Home audio is sent to the Grand Hall, Dining Room, Billiard Room, Loggia, and Master Bath. An intercom system links the front door and locations on each floor. A central vacuum system is installed which covers the entire living space and the garage and workshop. |
